CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 26(JUD) "An Act amending Rule 15,                        
Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure, relating to depositions" was               
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the bill be advanced to third reading and           
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Pearce called the Senate.  Senator Pearce stated the call was          
satisfied.
